Due to the harsh climatic conditions and remote location of the Buenaventura forest, the reserve lodge where the webcam is positioned occasionally experiences a loss of power.

When this happens the webcam goes offline and we switch the stream to our alternative camera in the Brazilian Atlantic Rainforest.
